I've been having an emotional breakdown for like a week. All I do is cry and I don't even know why. The littlest things set me off and I'm frustrated all the time. I don't mean to be the way I am lately and I try to control myself but I'm just angry. I don't know how to fix it.
I understand what you are feeling. I think because we are women, we do tend to be a little more emotional and are affected by our hormones, as well. Try to find someone close to you who you are comfortable talking to so that you have a strong shoulder to cry on when necessary. Let me know if I can help in any way. Things will get better.
